The Agricultural Sector Development Support Programme II (ASDSP II) is a five-year program funded by the Kenyan government (National and County Governments), the Swedish Government, and the European Union (EU).

The Program aims to address four key challenges that impede agricultural commercialization:

low productivity along agricultural value chains;
insufficient entrepreneurial skills along agricultural value chains and among service providers;
limited market access by VCAs;
weak and insufficient structures and capacities for consultation, cooperation, and coordination within the sector.
